Penelope Thompson is an Australian contemporary artist whose work includes performance, outdoor and indoor installation art, making artist's books, and facilitating community art events. She completed a Visual Arts degree and a Masters degree in Australia, and has exhibited and/or performed artworks in many countries including Australia, Korea, Japan, USA, and Canada. Penelope is currently living in South Korea where she teaches at Hongik University in Seoul.

My work frequently explores themes of transformation - of revealing, healing and releasing that which has been previously hidden or suppressed.
